Hydraulic auto-feed band saw
For shops that cut large or heavy blocks and want the table to push the work through the cut.
- A hydraulic system pushes the table through the cut.

For long, wide or heavy pieces, graphite and carbon blocks, or any part a catalogue machine does not fit.
- Table travel is set to suit your part. Listed machines run from 300 to 2,200 mm.
- Cutting height up to 900 mm. The model shown has a 1,100 × 1,400 mm table.
- The graphite and carbon model has 3 sealed dust ports and a hose set.
- Per our website, a 900 mm diameter carbon block was cut to within ±1 mm.

S-700A tire section cutter
Tire section cutting machine
For plants that cut tire sections. These pieces do not lie flat, so the table is hydraulic and carries up to 1 ton.
- Coolant is plain water, not cutting oil. The machine body is waterproof.
- 15 HP main motor, blade speed 200 to 800 m/min.
- A hydraulic system pushes the table through the cut.
- A version with a clamp for aluminium wheels up to 600 × 400 mm (300 kg clamping force) is also listed.

Questions buyers ask
What do you need to send a quote?
Four things: the material, the largest piece (L × W × H in mm), your output per day, and your local voltage, phase and frequency.
What materials do the machines cut?
Steel and mould steel, large aluminium plate and castings, graphite and carbon blocks, and irregular shapes such as tire sections. Our company description also names soft materials such as cloth and sponge.
Which supply voltages do you build for?
Our listed models show 220, 380, 415 and 460 V. Tell us your voltage, phase and frequency and we confirm it for the model you choose.
Can you build a machine to my size?
Yes. Built-to-order machines are part of the range, and table travel is set to suit the part. Send us the piece and we advise.
Can the table travel be longer than standard?
Listed machines run from 300 to 2,200 mm of table travel, and several are marked as set to order. Tell us the length you need and we confirm it on the quotation.
How tall a piece can I cut?
Standard machines cut 220 to 350 mm high. Tall H series machines cut 600 and 700 mm, and a built-to-order model cuts 900 mm.
Does the machine come with a blade welder?
It depends on the model. Standard machines list a welding capacity of 13 to 19 mm, and some built-to-order machines list no welder. Ask when you send your inquiry and we confirm it.
